1) Cauda equina syndrome

2) Progressive motor weakness which is pervasive rather than a single unilateral nerve root compression. 

=> EMERGENT CONSULT TO NEUROSURGERY with EMERGENT MRI ! 

     IF MRI is not compatible then? CT scan with CONTRAST.
